Refund policy
Return Period
You are entitled to submit a return request within 30 days from the date on which you or an authorized third party appointed on your behalf, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included, unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items;
- Returned items without their original packaging and accessories;
- Itemss that have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear;
- Items specified on the shopping page to be non-returnable once sold;
- Items not purchased from https://premier-cable.store (oficial site).
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any returns that do not fully comply with the above return conditions.
Return Process
- Please contact us via the designated email (sales06@premier-cable.net) within the return period to initiate a return, providing your order number and reason for the return.
- We will review your request and confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
- If return request is approved, please deliver the goods at the following address: Room 1402, No. 120, Zhen'an West Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China
- Customers must be responsible for return shipping costs and provide the tracking number to our email (sales06@premier-cable.net).
- We will process the refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned product.
Please note that returned items without a prior return request will be refused and we are not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during the return process.
Damaged Upon Arrival
Please inspect your goods upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refund Time
Once the refund is approved,we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. However, your bank or credit card company may take longer to process and post the refund. Refund Fees
- If the returned products fail to meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and dispose of the products. All associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the returned items are found to be non-defective.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer in cases of returns caused by customer reasons, including but not limited to unwanted items or incorrect orders.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Once your order cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
- For customized or made-to-order cable products, any material or processing costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund.
After Shipment
- Orders that have entered the processing or shipping stage cannot be canceled. You may submit a return request in accordance with our return policy after receiving the shipment.
- For returns due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any shipping charges already incurred as well as the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
If you need to exchange the goods, please first submit an return request to (sales06@premier-cable.net) and return the eligible original item according to our Return Policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly ship the replacement.
Shipping Costs:
- If the exchange is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.
- If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g., wrong choice, returning defective products), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Please note that the fastest way to get what you want to place a new order while returning the original goods in accordance with our return process for a refund.
Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
- The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- For customized or personalized goods, the warranty period will follow the agreement confirmed at the time of order.
Conditions for Warranty Service
- A valid order number or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
- The goods experiences a malfunction due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.
- Please contact our after-sales service team within 10 days of discovering the issue and provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos, videos).
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- Defects or failures caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, human damage, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
- Damages resulting from external factors such as fire, water, chemical corrosion, mechanical damage, or extreme environmental conditions.
- Issues arising from goods that have been cut, spliced, or altered by the user.
- Goods that are beyond the warranty period.
